I stopped going to this store about a year ago, the girl working there was absolutely rude. I went back a few months ago, they had a new guy at the store which completely changed my experience. Now, I just got to him for any assistance. Ferdus or Freddy stood out immediately as someone who truly knows his stuff. He was incredibly well-versed in all the products, plans, and policies, answering every question I had with clear, detailed explanations without ever making me feel rushed. His knowledge made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What really made the experience special was his outstanding attitude and a few jokes. Freddy is polite, well-mannered, and genuinely patient especially helpful when assisting elderly customers who might need a little extra time and guidance. He was attentive and observant throughout, noticing small details and proactively offering solutions that made everything easier. While I was at the store he took care of 8-9 customers in the span of 10-15mins. His helpfulness went above and beyond what I expected. In short, Freddy delivered top-notch customer service from start to finish. If you're looking for a reliable Metro store experience, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Freddy.
