    Being with Verizon for 25 years and the dropped calls that I've been having plus billing issues I thought time for a new cell phone provider. I stopped into the T-Mobile store and the representative "Rylee" was fantastic She went over all their plans and also said that this would be your best plan to be on. She reviewed everything that I shared with her to make sure this would be my best option and always asked me questions and also gave me great ideas to think about to save even more $$$ With T-Mobile. Verizon was eating me alive. Huge difference in price points with T-Mobile compared to Verizon. Rylee made the transition to T-Mobile so much easier for me and the amount of money I am saving per month is a lot. I should have made the switch along time ago. If you're thinking about making a switch to a different cell provider definitely check T-Mobile out. Ask for Rylee she really went out of her way to help me and she is amazing to work with. I can't thank her enough for helping me make the switch so much easier for me! Rylee for her outstanding customer service definitely is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ View on Google
