    I went to the Metro PCS store in Chamblee, GA(store # 4049419482). I wanted to reactivate an old Samsung phone that I thought I'd lost. Mariana and John were extremely nice and helpful. I didn't have my PIN #, so they had to call cust service and facilitated a process that I couldn't have done by myself. Mariana was able to handle the whole thing quite quickly.
