    This Metro store is THE Best one in the Buffalo area! The staff there are friendly, knowledgeable and professional, especially Omar. Ask for him and tell him Mark sent me. They don't talk down to you as if you're not as technically savvy, not at all. It's the opposite, they explain matters in an easy to understand way. Plus the 'wait-time', even when busy, less than a couple of minutes if that. And the location is within a short drive for nearly all, less than a mile away from the I90 Walden Ave exits. Do yourself a favor and save the headaches and hassle with mobile devices for those who won't read this and see Omar at MetroPCS. View on Google

    Omar the associate at the Walden Cheektawaga location took my concern into heavy consideration and helped me fix an issue with my account! I called the company customer service line yesterday to change my phone number after the lady said my first time $15 number change fee would be waived just to be still charged after the fact. I visited the Walden location in Cheektawaga and Omar was more than happy to assist me in my problem and rectified the situation for me! Would definitely recommend this location after the really great customer service I received today! View on Google
