You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

Alicia did a wonderful job helping me get my service all back in Tech I literally called the 1-800 customer service number about 20 times nobody can help me they just made it worse I went to Geek Squad because I paid for that they couldn't help me I went to four different Metro by T-Mobile's and they couldn't help me so she does a wonderful job she knows how to be professional and actually knows what she's doing so thank you again for helping me work all the Kinks out on my phone because we all know you can't go without your phone View on Google
