    My husband got a new phone a few weeks ago at a different Metro store and I noticed our bill went up. I went back to that same location and the door was locked at 2:45pm on a Saturday. I decided to find a different store and I'm so glad I did. Jacob looked at my account and saw the other store added a few things to our bill that my husband didn't ask for. He also found coupons on my account that I had no idea existed. He was able to make my bill lower than what it was before my husband got his new phone! He was so nice and professional. I'm so glad I read the reviews and decided to come to this store. This will for sure be my new Metro store. View on Google
