    This is about my experience at 542 Cranbrook Rd Cockeysville, MD The sales lady's name is Pooja. I came in to buy my daughter a phone for her birthday. I was talked into buying a very nice phone. I had let them know that it was a little out of my price range. They adjusted the priceit to make it fit into my price range. On top of that, the sales lady gave my daughter 2 items as gifts for my her birthday. She was given a Wi-Fi speaker as well as headphones (this may have actually been a gift for me so I don't have to hear everything she's doing - 😜😜). I highly recommend this store. It is a relief to have a sales lady that actually cares about the customer. I would give more stars if it was possible. This truly was a five-star transaction. I will not go to any other location or deal with any other associate besides Pooja. She is truly wonderful. View on Google
