Very clean and nice store the ladies there are so sweet and kind very helpful got me great deals and even got good prices on high quality accessories I’ve never had a case that was durable and could charge my phone at the same time so cool! They had great vibes and the one young lady Sophia great multitasking this is my usual store I go to when in town so glad that metro has kind workers like these two lady’s we’ll definitely recommend people to come to this store in conyers ga

Sophia and Katherine is heaven sent. After leaving work my phone completely froze , I couldn’t text call or etc. I was so frustrated, when I enter the store I guess they can tell by my facial expression they immediately ask me what’s wrong and start making lil jokes to make me smile definitely ease up my mood. Of course my phone start working right as soon as I got there but they let me know I was due for an upgrade and was telling me about the program how much it cost and let me know I can get a better phone and it will be cheaper so of course I couldn’t turned the down. They help me with everything and told me to come back when I received my phone so they can help me set it up or answer any questions I may have. They definitely made me feel better. Great customer service is hard to come by so I definitely appreciate them talking to them made me felt like I knew them for years and it was the end of their shift I didn’t feel rushed at all they took their time and made sure I was ok. That definitely stood out to me thanks ladies!!
