Unlimited on device and network only. If you use a lot of data, more than 35GB/mo., you may experience slower speeds when our network is busy. What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. I was in a little frustrated because for a whole week both the Apple Store and Metro customer service both had me back-and-forth with a cellular issue I was having so I decided to stop by still thinking nothing was going to get fixed. As soon as I walked in, RAHIL was AMAZING! He was very patient and fixed my problem in 5 minutes! I wish I would’ve stopped sooner. Every time I go RAHIL is always really helpful and patient.
