    I came in to get a new phone due to the fact that my old phone was pretty much destroyed, and I spoke with Mr. Nelson he's just a soft spoken amazing representative. The phone I wanted was not in the store he called found one at another store, and ask me to make a deposit in which he would go pick it up to have for me tomorrow. I got there sure enough he was a man of his word, and went above to make me feel comfortable with choosing the right plan. His customer service skills are TOP TIER! View on Google
