    I ordered a phone online with my partner and Janet was nice enough to show us how to activate it. Even showed me how to use the metro app thingy. The other girl Yesenia or Jessica helped my friend upgrade her phone as well. View on Google

    I had a horrible customer service experience at the Shady Brooks location and refused to get serviced by them bc of their disgusting nasty attitudes and decided to go to the next closest location, which was this one and the way the ladies in this store went above and beyond to help assist me with my questions and helped me gain clarity. They had no idea the full story I experienced at the other store and instead of denying to help me (like the reps at the Shady Brooks location) they both expressed empathy and helped me immediately! I will forever be grateful to these ladies for their genuine energy and understanding and hearing me out. I wish I knew their names but nonetheless the store reps at this store will for sure look out for you! And make sure you are good before you leave. Thank yall! View on Google
