I want to thanks the young lady Claudonia (probably spelling it wrong ) for all her help . I’m an older lady and I am not phone savvy. This young lady was very patient with me. Even though I am actually a T-Mobile customer. After she answered my questions I had to go to an actual T-Mobile store and they were so rude to me. I had an amazing experience with Cali at Metro by T-Mobile! She works at the Decatur location, 4920. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained my options clearly, and made sure I got the best deal for my needs without making me feel pressured. My son and I got two new iPhones, Apple Watch, Tablet, and internet. Cali went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free.
