    Today, I accompanied my 87-year-old mother, who recently had her Apple phone stolen from her walker. As we walked into the store, we were greeted by a remarkable salesperson NIKHIL whose kindness and dedication made a significant difference in our visit. NIKHIL took the time to patiently guide us through the various phone options, discussing the pros and cons of each. I explained that my mother doesn't need high-tech features but does want to be able to use WhatsApp. Additionally, since she only speaks Spanish, Which was no problem to NIkHL because he can speak Spanish I was concerned about finding someone who could communicate effectively with her. This amazing salesperson not only understood our needs but also went above and beyond to assist us. He helped us find the perfect phone and a great purchase deal! NILHL you are an amazing sales person! I plan on writing the head office to tell them just how much your amazing customer service mean to us. Thank you again! View on Google
