I went inside to get my son a replacement phone and there was like no one in the store and I was really happy about that because wow it’s a nightmare when there’s too many people in there and I just had a really good experience I was in and out within like 30 minutes or so. Gabriella was the lady that assisted me today and she was wonderful. She even got me a really good coupon and I saved a lot more money than I thought so I got a phone case and a screen protector as well and I was still under the amount of money in which I was planning on spending today so I’m very happy about that. She took her time, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process feel effortless. Both Deandre and Gabriella went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of.
