Very professional her customer service and support is top ,I walked inside this location to ask a question for a phone and The employee Ivy by the way is amazing she explained to me the prices and was very knowledgeable,she asked me if I have children or grandkids and I told her yes 3 grandkids she then explained to me that I can get a family plan pay no more then $150 with insurance on our phones in case my grandkids drop them in water etc and I said wow I was paying like $240 for 3 lines in the past so yes and Ivy hooked me up I'm definitely a happy satisfied customer and my grandkids love her already lol if I could rate her 10 I would but it only lets me do five stars she deserves more than that View on Google
