    Just want to say thank you to the owner/manager. I came in Saturday to swap a phone I bought earlier that week. I didn't realize at the time that the phone I purchased was actually a downgrade from my old FE model. The A16 was substantially slower than what I use for work. I needed the speed back. I expected a hassle to swap it and pay the difference. It did take some time, but that's OK. It's done and I have the speed back. Couldn't be more happy. Thanks for the approval to get it done.
