Jacob was a godsend. He not only helped me fix an issue that another metro location refused to help with. But he also took a look at my plan and helped me make it 40$ cheaper without changing my plan. If you are a customer at this location, ask for Jacob. He will have your back as a customer. Came here to buy a cheap phone! When you're looking for a good phone deal, this location in my opinion offers fair pricing, depending what you're looking for. Impeccable customer service and detailed information when asked about service, phones and/or accessories. I hope that if you do consider stopping in at this location, I hope you have a better experience than I do and you get a even better deal.
