Been shopping around for new phone and service for about a year . So far metro by T mobile on 3713 Clio Road Flint, mi 48507 . Has made me feel their deals and service is the best right now. Because they use T- mobil tower's they got many phone selections for your needs or budget . You can get a free phone with service or purchase an unlocked phone to change to any carrier at any time. No credit check or hits to your credit report if you hit hard time's. I have done my homework and know kinda what I want in my next phone. The young man working was helpful on what they had in stock and what he can order . The store was clean & organized. I observed many happy customer's coming in to frustrated, upset and confused ones that lost or had their phones or had stollen . One after another as people vented on him he helped them resolve their issues. I didn't want to monopolize his time because he was the only staff so I just observed as I looked around. Right now if you don't want to play phone tree , trouble shoot your phone and try to deal with issues with people you sometimes can't understand . Wait in long lines just to finally give up and just settle for anything to find out later you made a expensive decision your locked into. Consider Metro by T- mobile . The guy was not pushy. Other carriers phone counters seem to get agitated when they couldn't lock me into a deal or a contract. After you spend about 2 hours of your day waiting in line where they troubleshoot somebody else's phone. If you're looking for a phone good luck T-Mobile has the best towers in the cities the most coverage.
