Walked in with my broken phone from Cricket, walked out with a new phone at $0.00 cost (just the $60.00 per month plan's first payment!)
Upon entering, the one and only staff member working, Mario--I would learn to be his name--for it was late on a Monday night (December 15th, 2025), who was already busy dealing with two customers ahead of me, still promptly greeted me, told me it was just going to be a few minutes.
Turning back to continue helping the customers he had, I noted his excellent fluency in both English and Spanish, making him a highly valuable asset at any business here in Colorado.
As soon as he had a moment while waiting on the device his customers had to load something, he asked me what I'd need help with, noted it, and went back to helping them again.
His ability to multitask, coupled with his professional, helpful, and friendly nature made what s usually a pain in the behind (switching numbers to new carriers, transferring data from old broken phone to new etc) a very calm, quick and pleasant experience.
I was out of there very quickly with a new and working phone, my old number and no fuss.
If you need a phone, a carrier, or replacement. Mario at this location is the man who'll make it happen and get it done right.

This is more of a *general* company review... but I'm sure this location is great too! My boyfriend uses Metro PCS, and the over the phone customer service is literally AMAZING. If I didn't just sign a year's contract with Verizon, I stg I'd switch!!
