    Katheryn at Metro by T-Mobile provided outstanding customer service. She was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain all of my options clearly, answered every question I had, and made sure I left with the best plan and device for my needs. What really stood out was her professionalism and genuine willingness to help. She never rushed the process and made sure everything was set up perfectly before I left the store. It’s rare to find customer service this attentive and friendly. If you visit this location, I highly recommend asking for Katheryn.
