    Excellent customer service and a great wireless company. The agent helped me locate the greatest offer within my budget by thoroughly explaining all of the phone's features and service options. I appreciated that he never attempted to coerce me into needless upgrades and provided honest answers to all of my questions. They made sure my phone was properly enabled before I left, and the setup was quick. The internet speed and signal have been quite dependable since switching.     This was one of the best experiences I have had with a wireless service provider. The salesperson was respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping instead of just making a sale. He helped transfer all my contacts, photos, and apps to my new phone and made sure everything worked before I left. The store was organized, and the staff treated customers with patience and professionalism. The network service has been dependable, and I appreciate having support available when needed.
