The following is a review that I wrote about the authorized dealership at 601 Allen avenue in Fort Worth. I listed the original review with one star. I have changed that rating because AFTER posting the original review , a representative from T-Mobile called me and made the situation correct.: "I went to the authorized dealer at 601 Allen avenue in South Fort Worth last December around the 20th. My phone at the time was completely broken and I was trying to get a new device and transfer my existing Metro number to it. I really did not even have the $250 I had planned on spending at most for a new device but I ended up paying $435 all in all for a Samsung Galaxy tablet and a moto Edge on a new account with a new number. I had just paid the bill on the olds line so I made sure that it would be credited to the new account which, thanks for small miracles, it was. I made myself at peace with the purchase because a new device was sorely needed and both devices are far faster with far more memory than what I've had previously. Not to mention, the associate told me I would be able to make calls and text with the tablet as well. I couldn't even before it got suspended. I just paid $85 for the first cycle since the purchase, thinking that I was paying for two lines on this account. I have been receiving text messages from Metro saying "a change has been made to your account. Please pay.... By the 18th to avoid disconnection". Honestly other than the 18th being my due date for the old account, I paid no mind to the texts. Here it is the 20th of January and I have been on my tablet browsing and streaming all day. Suddenly, pages stopped loading and I started getting 'offline' errors. After resetting the network thinking that would help I ended up starting a chat with MetroPCS to troubleshoot. So I found out that the tablet is not associated with my account, the amount I paid was solely for one line. So, the tablet is associated with an account belonging to someone named Benjamin. The associate sent me one time passcodes three times two of which I texted immediately back to them seconds after receiving them, only to be told the codes were incorrect or expired. The matter was escalated to a supervisor name miro who did nothing extraordinary that the associate had not already done. Since I was not able to give them a viable passcode they were not able to access that account to delve deeper into the matter. I'm already pissed! the ending go-to recommended next step is go to the store in person as child support cannot help me if they cannot access the account. ... Whatever! Somebody better fix this, is all I have to say. But, if they can do that kind of shady bull once, they can surely do it again, and, I highly recommend you don't deal with this particular location."
