What do I pay?

You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Youmna and my experience at this Metro by T-Mobile. She was SO sweet, kind, helpful, understanding, patient and everything about the entire visit was absolutely wonderful.
