I came into store 6430 meadowbrook dr. And Dayana the store manager was super helpful and polite. She went above any beyond to remove my issues. I spoke to 3 different representatives prior to coming physically I to the store with no resolutions. She is by far one of the most helpful, respectful representatives I've come across in the 18 years of being a customer. Her customer service is what all employees should produce. I'll definitely be coming back to this store if ever I come across another issue.

Excellent service! I had to go because I was having issues with my phone. The store manager Dayana was the one helped me. She did a good job explaining me what the issue with my phone was and she was able to fix it. She also explained the promotions that they currently are having.
