I want to take a moment to recognize Yaya for providing some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Yaya was incredibly helpful, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was just another customer, she actually listened, took the time to understand what I needed, and made sure everything was handled properly. I’ve had experiences with Metro PCS in the past where customer service felt rude, dismissive, or unhelpful, so Yaya’s attitude really stood out. She is an absolute top-tier customer service and support representative and deserves to be recognized for it. If her manager or corporate team sees this, I hope they know what an asset they have in Yaya. Employees who genuinely care about their customers make a huge difference, and Yaya absolutely deserves recognition for the amazing job she is doing.
