    I had to get a new phone, and have it programmed with existing data from the old phone. Steven knew his stuff. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He knew the quickest and most efficient way to restore the info between the phones with no hitches whatsoever. Steven seemed to know which phone was right to fit my needs, and I am well-pleased with his advice. I know for certain that if any issues, or questions arise, I can get the necessary assistance from Steven and Jordan both.
