What do I pay?

You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

What should I know about the network?
5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. I was at Metro Sunday Superbowl day. It's two customers already waiting and now I'm #3.. No one however is complaining because there is only one person working and he is doing a excellent job of multi tasking. He was setting up a new phone for one couple then helping another and making all the necessary phone calls to complete the task . Then he starts helping me with a factory reset. He's doing all this and is so polite the whole time. Everyone left there happy including me. I have to say thank you. I can't remember his name but he worked on Superbowl Sunday by himself and did a great job. Metro give him a raise. View on Google
