I usually walk into stores where employees earn commission extremely guarded. My last experience at a MetroPCS store on Powell and Cleveland left me feeling like I had been scammed. So when I walked into the MetroPCS store on Division and 164th and was greeted by Sandy my guard was definitely up and I came across very blunt. After a little time speaking with him, I cannot say enough good things about him. Sandy, from the moment we walked in, he was respectful, informative, and polite. He took the time to genuinely help us find better products for a much better price while being completely honest and transparent. I've never received such elite customer service and left feeling like it was the best decision I could have made. I truly hope that Sandy receives the acknowledgment and appreciation that he deserves. I am a long time customer and have been for over 10 years. In that 10 years this is the first time I have ever felt that somebody truly appreciated their customer. So, with that said thank you so much Sandy for making an experience that has always been horrible one of the best experiences I've had in regards to purchasing phones and products.
