    So, I got a Metro by T-Mobile phone from Walmart, and was having issues with it from the get-go, including trying to set up an account with Metro. So I decided to take it into the store and Jose, the sales rep, said that he couldn't do anything with it because it's not a Metro phone technically. Walmart just sold the phone with a SIM card but with no activation and no setup or anything. So I went back over to walmart, got a refund for everything, and came to Metro itself and got a phone. Jose was awesome and got me a good plan and everything that I need! View on Google
