    I had an amazing experience at MetroPCS and I truly can’t say enough good things about the service I received. I came in needing help transferring everything over to a new phone, and from the very beginning, Meenakshi took care of me step by step. She was extremely patient, professional, and knowledgeable. Transferring data can sometimes be stressful, but she made the entire process smooth and easy. She made sure all my contacts, apps, photos, and important information were properly moved over without any issues. She didn’t rush me and answered every question I had with confidence and clarity. What really stood out was her attention to detail and customer care. She stayed with me from start to finish and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left the store. That level of service is hard to find nowadays. If you’re looking for a place where people actually care and go above and beyond, I highly recommend this MetroPCS location—ask for Meenakshi!
