    I went into the hazel park metro by t mobil today june 16 2025 and was greeted by the manager who I call Mr M it is short for his long name.he was very helpful and friendly.i have been with the hazel park office for 6 years and always have had great service I am going over to t mobil now because I am offered a free phone for paying my phone bill on time and never having a late payment. I use to belong to the t mobil for 14 years before they moved out of hazel park I talked to a t mobil person today and his name was Blake He was so helpful in ordering my new phone thru t mobil he explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I am so thankful to both men for having great customer service .Blake wants me to meet back with him tomorrow to set up my new phone Thanks again to Mr M from Metro by t mobil and to Blake from T mobil .every employee should treat customers with customer service like these 2 guys do. .     Amin was so helpful he explained every plan and didn’t just try to sell us something just to make a sell. He was polite and very patient. If you need help or a new phone go see Amin on Saturdays and sundays View on Google
