If you need assistance with your phone or service, come to this store! Clayton, the manager, is a class act! I had a connection issue with my phone. I had so many personal issues interfering with my decision-making and his patience was limitless! Helping me go from Samsung to apple, getting the best deals even if it meant leaving metro, listening to my indecisiveness… he deserves a gold star from corporate!! He never got tired of me and kept his light shining the entire time! He was a Godsend for me in a very stressful situation. I also watched him assist some others with connection issues, billing issues, etc and do it with such ease and class! He was a friend to them all. He resolved issues with no fuss, going above and beyond for them all! Blessings on Blessings to you, Clayton!! *this was more than 2 days of interaction because I was stuck on my broken phone & scared to commit to a new phone. He greeted me with a smile EVERY time!!
