Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. My kiddo lost her phone, which we bought elsewhere, and I couldn't remember the code that they gave her so we could disconnect the lost phone. So we went to the Metro in Holyoke Mall as the other Metro in Holyoke locked their door 40 minutes early and wouldn't open it. The Metro staff at the mall called Corporate Metro, but they were no help, disconnected them many times, and left them on hold over and over. The staff were diligent, so helpful and thorough, and I got a great new phone for my daughter. Highly recommend THIS Metro and the staff there. View on Google
