The new management at Metro is doing a great job! The service has been really good, and the staff takes the time to explain all the deals and offers clearly. Very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this location!

Vanillen helped me more than anyone at Tmobile, even though I was not even a Metro customer anymore. The customer service with Metro is 100%, from in-store assistance to real human assistance on the phone. On hold for 15 minutes and routed to a person, unlike TMobile, on hold for an hour, transferred to a human only to be hung up on immediately. Vanillen (isnt that a beautiful name? For a beautiful human!) listened with respect and compassion to my horror story of dealing with TMobile. She figured out what I needed to do, then HELPED me do it, even though I was not even a customer of Metro anymore! She called Tmobile and helped me know what I had to do, called Metro on another phone and worked with me for over two hours in her store, while engaging respectfully and hospitably to everyone else who came in while I was there. Her store closed at 7 and she was still willing to stick around and be of service to me. Of course I didnt stay after hours, but the heart of service is strong in this one! The heart of service in Metro employees seems to go all the way to the top. Thank you Metro, I will never leave you again!!

They have been very professional and respectful.The store manager Vanilla helped me getting my phone upgraded by letting me know all the available deals under my account and helped me in choosing a better phone and I got a free tablet as well.
