What do I pay?

You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

What should I know about the network?
5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. Review for Tricia! Today has to be one of the absolute WORST days I've experienced when it comes to a misleading corporation passing the blame and handing off a customer's issue to the next employee. We all know this happens everywhere, but today I spoke to SIX T-Mobile Metro PCS employees between the Key West store, and online (including one manager, who I intend to review elsewhere.) THANK. GOD. for Tricia. As soon as she heard me telling another employee what the issue was and what I had been dealing with all day (and saw me showing my pages worth of documentation to prove it), she stepped right in to help. She showed true leadership capability and service. She not only explained to me what has been happening and why the problem was occurring, but also why so many others were unable to help me get it resolved thus far. She then went on the biggest digital scavenger hunt that I've ever seen and was able to somehow override the glitch that was stopping me from transferring my number from my old, broken phone, to my backup. I wish I could have paid her the activation fee instead, honestly. No employee should have to dig that deep just to perform their tasks. I hope she and the others get paid adequately, because not ONLY was she helping me, but she was multi-tasking like crazy when she had a line forming essentially out the door of the store. She was on the phone with help trying to resolve my issue and got like 8 people's bills paid at the same time. One man came in screaming at her right off the bat and she also showed authority and shut that down right from the start. If she isn't the manager, she should be. Also, Metro? Get these employees some help. I'm reading your other reviews here and noticing that many of them could be fixed with simple communication but you know who doesn't have time to sit and communicate? Your employees. Because they have lines forming out the door of your store. Want more customers? Better yet, want more happy customers? Staff your store and give them a raise. You'll watch your reviews skyrocket. And Tricia- THANK YOU. I know I literally hugged you after you fixed my problem, but seriously, you made the end of a very long Friday SO much better.
