    This LOCATION in particular, had helped me not once but twice in less than a month !!!! Phenomenal staff! Their patience is beyond what people see in the customer service industry today, especially dealing with electronics!!! - mom broke her phone, and they understood that we needed to get her a new phone ASAP for medical reasons. They worked with her in explaining how the plans worked and how to use the device in ways my mother understood! - my phone number got hacked. They worked together as a group to help me get back to using my phone and made accommodations based on the situation that was at hand. They are eager to help customers and communicate when they don’t understand an issue while helping you find the answers with customer care support! God bless yall!
