You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

This location was very helpful, and patient handling a situation that they never came across. My phone stopped connecting to Metros service and couldn't be reconnected. Max and Adrian kept trying to assist me going above and beyond with their customer service. This rating applies to INSTORE and INSTORE ONLY. When I called the 1800 number I got nowhere. They were rude and unprofessional, and I was even hung up on. The language barrier made everything much more complicated and unresolved. To top it off, I paid for service I never got and couldn't get my money back because I couldn't "authenticate." I will never do business with this company. I really do wish employees like Max and Adrian the best, and I hope they receive the recognition they deserve for outstanding customer service. View on Google
