I'd like to say that Andrew and Tyler are the BEST!! They have both taken the time to help me with my phone and believe me I've had so many issues with my last phone so I had to get a upgrade and didn't have a whole lot of money and they went above and beyond to get me a good plan for what I had. I have been with Metro for over 10 years and I don't plan on going anywhere else! They always have my back when I need them so I will continue to be a long time loyal customer.. Once again, Tyler went above & beyond to help his customers. Always friendly & knowledgeable. Told me to call customer service for a "refresh" to fix a problem caused from a tower. For 3 days my battery was draining to 🅾️ without even using it. Which correlates to the broken network "Mobile Network Standby" battery usage drain View on Google
