What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. I had an issue with my auto payment being taken out and metro stating it never got paid. Customer service was rude and named called and never would let me send them proof or talk to a supervisor. The ladies at this metro location helped me out and got my money back and credited. Nicki and Amanda are the perfect example of how customer service should be. Because of their help I stayed with Metro. If it was not for them I would have left Metro. View on Google
