We came back to Metro after a year of broken promises from another company. I couldn't believe how quick we were in and out if the store. We had a little trouble getting a new iPhone set up at first but this was not because of Metro but that we didn't remember the password for the iCloud account. The lady at Metro explained that if I couldn't get it on my own to call Metro and they could help me with the problem instead of possibly getting locked out of the phone. They were so much more friendly and willing to answer our questions this time. The only reason we left after 8 yrs was due to an issue that locked us out of our account and we couldn't pay our own bill or get any kind of upgrades before. This time seemed so much easier and we actually felt valued as a customer. Thank you so much for the great experience and service. View on Google
