    I walked in hoping to get my phone service switched but I wasn't quite sure how the switch would go. To say that Norman delivered incredible service would be an understatement. As I needed to switch from another cell phone service provider to Metro. The company that I was switching from made the process very frustrating. But Norman handled it professionally and made the process as easy as he could. It took quite a while to get it done but it wasn't his fault as the other provider seemed to take forever to give him the information that he needed to make the switch happen. He did a great job in answering all of my questions, explained my available options, and made the transaction go smoothly. Norman is a rock star and his customer service is as good as it gets.
