    From the moment we walked into the store, the customer service representative, I believe his name is Jeff, he went above and beyond. Greeted us from the door. Customer service skills seem to be lacking these days and he exceeded expectations. His demeanor and personality went along well with his sales tactics and knowledge of services and plans offered by Metro. We weren't there for even an hour and I appreciated that as well.
