You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

I wanted to thank metrobytmobile for fixing the issues I was having with my service. I had a confusing situation that took some time to figure out but it is at a very horrible time of my life where my beloved family dog is dying of cancer. I am going through a job loss due to sexual harassment and needing important phonecalls. They came through with understanding and actually took the time to help me.
