I don't leave reviews often, but Samran absolutely earned this one.
In a world where customer service feels rushed, scripted, and transactional, Samran was the exact opposite. He was patient, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely invested in making sure I walked out with the right setup instead of just making a sale.
He got me into a TCL NXTPAPER 70 Pro and a Samsung Tab A9+ 5G, explained everything clearly, answered every question without pressure, and made the entire experience feel effortless. You can tell when someone actually knows their products and takes pride in helping peopleāand Samran does.
The level of professionalism, respect, and attention to detail was honestly rare. I walked in expecting to buy devices and walked out feeling like I'd been taken care of by someone who genuinely enjoys what he does.
If you're going to this Metro store, do yourself a favor and ask for Samran. He's the kind of employee every business wishes they had and the reason customers come back.
