Thank you to the gentleman and lady working here last evening. After spending more than an hour bring demeaned and treated terribly at the metro store on Bowman Street, I left and went to this location. After being told I could not replace a phone on an account that I've had for many years, because I didn't have access to the BROKEN phone, I went to this location and was greeted with smiles and laughter. The man who helped me had me in and out of there in 15ish minutes with a new, working phone, with the same number I had for 20 years. Yet I was told I'd need to start an entire new account from the other store. Please let these employees train the others so they can do their job properly! I guess you can't fix the attitudes but you can stay away from them! Thanks again guys! View on Google
