Unlimited on device and network only. If you use a lot of data, more than 35GB/mo., you may experience slower speeds when our network is busy. What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. I came in the other day because I got so tired of my internet from at&t going out and Xfinity I had before is just a scam. I spoke with Amanda, not only did she listen to my frustrations she was also very empathetic to my situation. I never had Metro internet before but Amanda was knowledgeable about what I needed. So far I love how good my wifi signal is and how quick my videos load. Definitely will continue my services at Metro and hope to see Amanda there again. View on Google
