Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. I was treated with 5-star service from the moment I walked into this MetroPCS location by a store employee named O'Neil. I bought a Motorola 5G phone, added a new service line, and even brought in my own SD cards to have them installed in my new phone and old one. Not every MetroPCS store provides such stellar customer service like this location. They were definitely worth the extra drive and I recommend others to go check out this MetroPCS location next time 👍💯! View on Google
