From the moment I walked in, I felt heard, understood, and genuinely cared for.Anena took the time to listen to my needs, empathize with my concerns, and reassure me every step of the way that she would find the best solution for me—and she absolutely did. She helped me choose the perfect phone at a great price, explaining everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable and confident with my decision. The phone I received offers excellent quality for the cost, and I never felt rushed or pressured—only supported. What truly stood out was her professionalism and ability to multitask. Even while assisting multiple customers at once, she remained calm, focused, and attentive. It was clear she has strong management and leadership skills and could easily run a store. She works extremely well under pressure, stays organized, and provides top-tier customer service without missing a beat. This was one of the best retail experiences I’ve had.
