I went into store at 2449 34th and representative Leticia Cantu was helping another customer but while she was on with her technical support she was also asking me what she could help me with and I informed her of my issue and she let me speak with the cust support and there was nothing that they could help me with, so I was told and that I had to wait 24 hrs to get assistance with this matter. Well I waited, very upset but I waited... She was still assisting the customer before me but she insisted on also helping me and she did... By the time I got home my issue was RESOLVED BY LETICIA!!
