Just talk to CURTIS. The man can juggle like the best of them. I actually had the most impossible to solve problems... No, really?I really did.It was the most impossible to solve problems.The operating system of my phone stopped updating in 2024... Now it's a galaxy fold two , so you wouldn't think that this was no longer supported , right? But it wasn't... And I ported it over to t mobile, ready ti take advantage of the free phone right? I mean , curtis himself tried to find the 5 g option for this phone , but there was not one. And i'm telling you , I have only got connectivity because I ported it over to t mobile , and now there is an option for deselecting 5g service. Now I will probably still Take advantage of the free phone for the T-Mobile service. But just knowing that this was the option that he was looking for within my phone to help me with my connectivity issues, I randomly went under Mobile data... Thinking that nothing was gonna be different.Because what would be different from metro to T-Mobile right?I mean , settings , wise within your phone right?! Well , the only reason I am writing this is so that curtis can know by porting over to tmobile I now have the option under my mobile services to deselect 5g... And this is the only reason my phone mobile data is actually working right now... And I hope he sees this , so he knows that he is validated and he is right... My operating system on this fold2 Hasn't been supported since 2024... However, I'm still able to use the Mobile data.Not just wifi like it was before only because with t mobile , you have the option of selecting 5g or 4 g... This might mean nothing to your average person reading this , but what it means to me is just go to curtis , because he can juggle three or four people at once... He knows what he's doing.He knows what to look for and he knows how to help you... I mean , I watched him juggle ladies missing account today... And that lady was never upset... He did all of this while he made my magic happen , and while he was training another person... Just ask for Curtis.That's all you need to know View on Google
