I had a great experience at Metro by T-Mobile, especially with Hyder, the representative who assisted me. I had been struggling with a virus on my phone for several days, and Hyder was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to understand the issue, guided me properly, and successfully helped remove the virus from my phone. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and the effort he put into helping me resolve the problem. If you’re facing any issues with your phone or need assistance, I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Hyder. Thank you, Metro by T-Mobile, for having such a helpful representative!
